I went to the Tokyo National Museum onSeptember 21, 2020 with my daughter. It was a pleasant autumn day in Tokyo.

This day is a free viewing day. The following 3 days in a year are free viewing days:

1. May 19th (Tuesday),

3. November 3rd (Tuesday / holiday)

The Tokyo National Museum is a museum of Japanese and Oriental cultural properties (arts, archaeological relics, etc.). 

Reservations must be made prior to your intended visit.

The purpose of my visit to the museum this time was to trace the memories of old things. I'm sure things have memories. I wanted to connect with the thoughts of my ancient ancestors.

Father of the First Emperor: God Named Ugaya Fukiaezu

Nihonshoki does not describe the parents of the first Emperor Jinmu. Emperor Jimmu's father is a god named Ugaya Fukiaezu. According to Hotsuma tsutae, he lived 800,000 years. According to Hotsuma tsutae  Emperor Jimmu's mother is a god named Tamayori Hime.  Nihonshoki describes her as the sister of Ugaya Fukiaezu's mother. However, Hotsuma tsutae gives a different explanation. Tamayori Hime is a descendant of God who lived on Mount Hiei. Therefore, there were always five-colored clouds standing in the forest where she lived. After Ugaya Fukiaezu's ex-wife died, Ugaya Fukiaezu married her.

Devil King Goho (symbol of power and the Earth)

are enshrined. 

These three bodies are collectively called "Sonten".  Its work appears as love, light, and power.

One of Sontens, Sanato Kumara, descended on Mount Kurama from the Venus 6.5 million years ago.
