Palindrome, Powerful Japanese Phonological Format of Poetry

Palindromes, powerful and attractive order

We are deeply moved when we encounter a palindrome and discover its beautiful order. Why. Perhaps the palindromic has a strong power. In other words, a palindrome circulates by itself forever and completes.

The peculiarities of Japanese palindromes, not the letters but the phonology

Generally, in palindrome, the arrangement of letters is the decisive factor. For example,

Dogma I am God.
Madam, I'm Adam.

In Japanese palindrome, the arrangement of phonemes, not the arrangement of letters, is the deciding factor. Phoneme, not letters

u ta u ta u
  (sing a song)

ki ku no ku ki
(Chrysanthemum stalk)

ta ke ya bu ya ke ta
 (Bamboo bush burnt)

What Happens When Palindromes Become Japanese Traditional Poetry

Japanese palindrome is more interesting in the traditional form of poetry. In other words, when you receive a palindrome of poetry, the person who receives it cannot resist it. Whether you read it from the top or from the bottom, you can go round and round.

The palindrome, which is mentioned in an old Japanese story, is a poem consisting of five phrases, each of which consists of 5,7,5,7,7 phonemes. And many of them appear to calm the raging nature. For example, here's the palindrome that Kanasaki made when he was on a ship to quench the harsh waves:

na ga ki yo no = 5 phonemes
(Long night)

to o no ne bu ri no=7 phonemes
(so tired to sleep)

mi na me [za] me = 5 phonemes
(Everyone wakes up)

na mi no ri bu ne no = 7 phonemes
(Ship riding the waves smoothly)

o to no yo ki ka na = 7 phonemes
(How good the sound is)

Being read out the poem aloud, the wind stopped, the waves quieted, and the ship comfortably arrived at the port.

Why Japanese Palindrome, More Powerful in Traditional 5, 7, 5, 7, 7 Phonological Format

It is said that each of the Japanese phonemes responds to the elements of the universe. So palindromes are based on phonemes, not letters. Furthermore, Japanese poetry consisting of 5,7,5,7,7 phonemes is more powerful because it resonates with the rhythm of the universe.

If I have a lot of time, I would like to make palindromic Japanese poems. I think it's the most intelligent and luxurious time.

The ancient poems made by Princes Waka for courtship are also interesting. If you like, please also visit "Spirituality of Japanese Poem "Waka" Resonates the Rhythm of Celestial Bodies."

Spiritual Poetry, "Waka," Cosmically Conscious

Spiritual Poetry, "Waka," tune with Celestial Rhythm

The first chapter of Hotsuma tsutae, a hidden Japanese record, describes how traditional Japanese poem “waka” is powerful.   Because "waka," a 31‐syllable poem, resonates with the universe. In other words, it is the verse of heaven and earth "a wa." ("a" means Father's Heaven, "wa" means Mother's Earth.)

In general, "waka" consists of five phrases, and the number of phonemes in each phrase is 5, 7, 5, 7, and 7, which is a total of 31 phonemes.

31 is important number denoting the relation between the earth and the sun.  Because the earth makes one round of the sun in 365 days. Then, divide 365 days by 12 to get about 31 days a month.

The following is a powerful courtship poem. Princes Waka made and handed this song to the man she fell in love with at first sight:

waka by Princes Waka

ki shi i ko so = 5 phonemes
(Come to Kishu)

tsu ma wo mi gi wa ni = 7 phonemes
(I'll be your wife and near you)

ko to no ne no = 5 phonemes
(and play a harp.)

to ko ni wa gi mi wo =7 phonemes
(On the bed)

ma tsu zo ko i shi ki = 7 phonemes
(I'm always waiting for you.)

I was moved by how Princes Waka frankly conveyed her affection. Princes Waka was noble, wise and beautiful, so the man would have been happy. The two married happily.

By the way, this poem is palindrome.  In other words, it has the same phoneme sequence whether it is read from the beginning or from the end. Such songs have a very strong spiritual power.

"Waka," an amulet song that wipes out disasters

The rhythm of the phases of the moon is less than thirty days. Therefore, a disaster occurs in "ma" between the rhythm of the moon and the sun. ”Waka" consisting of 32 phonemes can wipe the disaster out. Such a "waka" is composed of 5 phonemes, 7 phonemes, 5 phonemes, 7 phonemes, and 7 phonemes, plus 1 phoneme.

The Japanese national anthem, "Kimigayo" is an amulet song "waka."

The Japanese national anthem, "Kimigayo" is 5+7+6+7+7=32 characters. In other words, it is an amulet song. The following is "kimigayo." I put a simple translation of "Kimigayo" in parentheses, but the true meaning is probably deeper.

ki mi ga yo wa = 5 phonemes
 (May your reign)

chi yo ni ya chi yoni = 7 phonemes
(will continue for thousand, eight thousands generations)

sa za re i shi no = 6 phonemes
(until pebbles)

i wa o to na ri te = 7 phonemes
(grow on gravels)

ko ke no mu su ma de = 7 phonemes
 (and moss grows rich)

Was the lyrics written so that it would be a magical song? Or is it a coincidence?

"Waka,"an amulet song that drove away locusts

Hotsuma tsutae describes the time when the locusts were driven away with this 32-character Japanese traditional song "waka".

A long time ago, Kushikine (Onamuchi) allowed the villagers to eat meat by mistake. As a result, the natural rhythm collapsed, and a large number of locusts attacked the rice fields.

To wipe out the locusts, Princes Waka stood east of the rice field, holding the reed grass in one hand, and fanned it with a cypress fan in the other hand, and wrote the amulet "waka." Then many insects flew away. Upon seeing it, Princes Mukatsu let the thirty princesses stand in groups of 15 on each side of the rice field.

Princes Waka, Princes Mukatsu and the 30 princesses together sang the amulet "waka" made by Princes Waka. They continued to sing the amulet "waka" 360 times. After that, they roared the grass and cypress (fan made of cypress) all at once and shouted out loud. Then, the insects flew away all over the west sea. At last, the rice paddy has calmed down.

Thanks to this Princes Waka, all the rice leaves have been restored again. In autumn the folk farmers celebrated with rich food. From this, the name of this place was named Wakayama.

The "waka" that wipes out locusts is as follows:

ta ne ha ta ne = 5 phonemes
(rice seeds, field seeds)

u mu su ki sa ka me = 7 phonemes
(barley, wheat, barley beans)

ma me su me ra no = 6 phonemes
 (soybeans, red beans)

zo ro ha mo ha me so = 7 phonemes
(rice leaves also you have eaten)

mu shi mo mi na shi mu = 7 phonemes
(all insects also have been calmed down)

Let's make "Waka" for Cosmically Conscious

"Waka" is made up of 5 phrases whose Japanese phonemes are 5, 7, 5, 7, 7 phonemes, respectively. Each phoneme is an important element of "waka."  Each of the 48 phonetic sounds in Japanese is a spiritual existence. It can be said to be the source of the "kotodama" idea.  "Kotodama" is mystical powers dwell in words and names in Japanese.  I think you can find the essential things of Japanese culture here.  You may be able to feel the mysterious power by making "waka." How about making a "waka"?

Divine Art in Daily Life Enrich Spirituality

Divine Art is Spiritual and a Joy of Bliss to Get Involved with it

Divine Art. If you say, it's a joy of bliss to get involved with it. Whether you're in the creative position or in the appreciation position.  A human treasure talked about the difference between genuine divine art and ordinary art. (In all honesty, it was my younger brother who heard his story. He was a university student at that time.)

The human treasure's name is Yoshikuni TAGUCHI (1923-1998), a master of makie.  And his father was a prominent doctor. Because he could tell the name of patient's illness just by standing in front of patient's house.  So he himself had some kind of inspiration.  For example, he saw many ghosts in postwar Tokyo.  With such a well-honed sensibility, he could see the lights in real divine arts. According to him, light is often invisible even in masterpieces. Above all divine arts are spiritual.

Divine Art Everywhere in Tokyo

Divine Arts are everywhere in Tokyo. Thankfully, most of them are lucky statues.  You can often see lucky statues as you walk along the streets of Tokyo.  Actually, those statues seem to have a mysterious power.  They seem to remind pedestrians of something essential to them in the hustle and bustle of big cities. Luckily,  one of them is a precious work by Taro Okamoto, a famous Japanese artist.  Furthermore, at each of the many shrines, there is always a pair of guardian dog statues. In particular, the gods and beasts are the most familiar beings of Divine Art. They seem to remind pedestrians in the noise and bustle of a large city of something essential to them.

Infants' Innocence & Purity Creates Divine Art

As a child, I thought that the Holy Beast lived in a higher dimensional world. But when I grew up, I became to lose the idea. Happily, when my daughter was 11 months old, she instantly drew a beautiful horse. Therefore, I could recall my old precious childhood feelings. According to her, it was a beautiful iridescent horse in heaven.

When she was just one year old, this time she drew a snake. It was the cute snake she dreamed of.

The consciousness of innocent young children is easy to connect to the higher dimensional world. The child is the best creator with a soft mind. If you have children around you, it may be good to draw and play with them. Even if you have no children, it will be useful to remember the heart of the little child in your heart.

God Beasts Comes of Divine Art from the World of Gods to the World

Japan is connected with many gods.  Therefore, many Japanese artists are inspired by the higher dimensional world.  Consequently, inspiration comes over from the world of higher dimension to pure artists in Japan.

Miwa KOMATSU(1984ー) is one of the artists who has recently received attention. She seems to connect with the world of gods. The works she painted are so mysterious. For example her painting god beasts seem to come from the world of gods.  Furthermore, her arts revives me something spiritual.

In fact, her live painting begins with prayer.  Next, prayer is over and space subsides. Then, energetic live painting begins.  Subsequently, the world different dimension door was opened. Afterward, god beasts emerge from the different dimension.

Hidden Super Ancient Records in Japan: Longevity, Truth after Death, Spiritual Power

Hidden Super Ancient Records in Japan on Longevity, Truth after Death, Spiritual Power of Japanese Poetry, etc.

Japan has several records of super ancient times. Unfortunately, they are not officially recognized. Hotsuma Tsutae is one of them. Hotsuma Tsutae is a great textbook to know the depth of Japanese history. It has been stored by prestigious shrines. In fact, Hotsuma Tsutae is older and more detailed and older than Kojiki and Nihonshoki which are officially the oldest.

Hotsuma Tsutae describes the diverse contents of the founding of Japan and ancient Japanese civilization. For example: The establishment of the Imperial Family of Japan, perpetuity and longevity, proper eating methods, methods of giving birth to wonderful children, funeral methods of ascending the dead to heaven, truth after death, the spiritual power of Japanese poetry. These contents will update your common sense. What's more, you can easily incorporate some of these into your daily life.

48 Phonemes of Japanese Language: Corresponding to the Five Elements of the Universe and Their Energy Streams

Hotsuma Tsutae is written in Hotsuma characters. They are older than Kanji that came from China. The number of Hotsuma characters is 48 regularly arranged. Deeply, their symbolic shapes represent the five elements of the universe, the sky, wind, fire, water, and soil, and their energy streams.  Furthermore, each sound of the 48 Hotsuma corresponds to each factor of the natural world. Therefore, every sound of Japanese is meaningful. Especially in the form of the waka, Japanese poem, seven-and-five syllable meter, enhances the connection with the universe. In other word, waka is important not only in meaning but also in its sound and rhythm. For example, Hotsuma Tsutae also has an episode of singing a poem to drive away the hordes of locusts. I also want to carefully pronounce each of the 48 Japanese sounds in order to adjust the rhythm of life for good luck.

The AWAUTA (あわうたawauta).

Valuable Super Ancient Records: How to Access, Availability in English and French

Hotsuma Tsutae consists of the first part and the second part. The first part is from the chapter 1 to 28 and was edited by Kushimikatama (a minister of Emperor Jinmu). The second part is from the chapter 29 to 40 and was written by Ohotataneko. They are a poem format based on the Seven-and-five syllable meter.  The original text is all Hotsuma characters, so ordinary people cannot be read it. Fortunately, modern Japanese translated books have been published. If I buy it, it costs more than $30 (¥30,000) though, I was able to rent it at the library.  This is quite different from the Japanese history learned at school, and it's exciting. And, thankfully, there are many contents that are useful in daily life.

Books about Hotsuma Tsutae

Summary

The hidden ancient records are precious. Particularly recommended is Hotsuma Tsutae, a super ancient Japanese record. There are also sites where you can read the full text in English and French. I recommend you to enjoy Hotsuma Tsutae, depending on your interest level. How about updating your common sense?

Best Food Ever for Longevity, What to Eat and What Not to Eat to Return to Heaven

Food and Life

What to Eat

Hotsuma Tsutae, un-official Japanese historical record, writes in great detail about what to eat and what to avoid.

First, the best food is a crop that grows by receiving the energy of the sun and of the moon. Specifically, they are rice and vegetables.

Rice grows by the spirit of the sun. On the other hand, the root vegetables such as carrot or turnip grow by the spirit of the moon.

Therefore, if you eat rice and root vegetables, you will be able to receive the protection of the Sun-Moon gods while you are alive. Furthermore, you will be able to return to Heaven, the Sun-Moon Palace, even after you die.

Barely Good Food

Barely good are scale fish. But don't eat eels, catfish, crabs, shrimps, squid, or octopuses. Because they have no scales. But if you eat a fish with scales, you have to keep eating vegetables for three days to cleanse yourself.

What to Avoid: Eating Meat Shortens Lifespan, Makes you a Beast after Death

Basically, you shouldn't eat meat, according to Hotsuma Tsutae.  Because eating meat increases nature of fire. What is worse, the spirit also changes impure. Therefore, after death, the soul will not return to the original world.

And it will seek the seed of the beast. And finally, the dead are reincarnated as beasts.

Meat eater's soul will lose the soul's string and will not be able to return to heaven.

Hotsuma Tsutae Lecture on Correct Diet to Return to Heaven while Enjoying Longevity

In Hotsuma Tsutae, Amateru gives a lecture on the correct diet. Amateru is Amaterasu Omikami, who is said to be the goddess of the sun in Nihonshoki, but appears as a god in Hotsuma Tsutae.

The contents of the lecture are as follows:

"The best food is rice and field crops. Next is a scaled fish. Meat is bad.  If you eat meat, your body's flesh becomes stiff, gains weight, loses oil, and you will die quickly.

So if you eat meat, eat radish for two and a half months.

If you eat meat by mistake, your soul's code will be cut off, and your soul will not be able to return to the original heavenly palace.

After death, you will wander the ground while suffering, seeking for the seeds of the beast, and finally becoming a beast.

On one hand, rice has the spirit of the sun. And the center of the heart responds to the spirit of the sun.

On the other hand, root vegetables have the spirit of the moon. And the leaves of the heart that derive from the heart respond to the spirit of the moon. Therefore, if you eat a meal with the spirit of the sun and the moon your soul will return to the Sun-Moon Palace after you die.

I (Amateru) have always eaten a grass called "chiyomikusa" which is 100 times more bitter than the usual young rape.

"Chiyomikusa" is a long-lived herb. Thanks to this, I am 240,000 years old this year, but still young. Therefore, I think that the million-year-old will be able to live.

Life is precious. If you die after longevity, you can enjoy to return to heaven.

Also, if you eat properly, you will smell like a chrysanthemum when you die. The corpse will soon turn into a god."

The above is a part of the lecture on food by Amateru in Hotsuma Tsutae.

What to Do if You Eat Meat

Fortunately, Hotsuma Tsutae has what to do if you eat meat. In other words, even if you eat meat, you can cleanse your mind by continuing to eat detoxified foods.

Effective detoxified foods:
  • Radish
  • Beetroot
  • White bean grass (”seri”)
  • Chrysanthemum
  • Ginger
  • Salt (crystals), roasted salt

The Period Required for Detoxification

The time to keep eating detoxified foods for detoxification is as follows:
  • Three days for fish
  • Twenty-one days for waterfowl
  • Two-and-a-half months for the meat of Japanese three-letter animals such as raccoon "" dogs "ta nu ki" and foxes "ki tsu ne"
  • Three years for Japanese two-letter animal meats such as venison "shi ka", pork "bu ta" and beef "u shi"

Best Food Ever: Chrysanthemum, National Flower of Japan

Since chrysanthemum is a plant that has both the spirit of the sun and of the moon, if you eat it, you will become sensitive to both the spirit of the sun and of the moon.

Therefore, in Japan, cherish chrysanthemums. (By the way, I drink chamomile tea because chamomile is chrysanthemum. )

According to Hotsuma Tsutae, “Chrysanthemum has both the seed of the spirit of the sun and the spirit of the moon. So if you eat it, your eyesight will become clear. Then the light and shadow in your mind will harmonize, and you will seek God”.

Flower arrangement with chrysanthemum

Best Food Ever for Longevity: Herbs that are almost unavailable

The best food is "chiyomi kusa". Eating it will prolong 1,000 years of life according to Hotsuma Tsutae.   The first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang(259 BC–210 BC)ordered him more than 2,200 years ago, to come Japan to search for the elixir of life. The herbs are almost unavailable. Then, where is it growing now?

Spirituality and Intuition: Key to Adapt the Era of Artificial Intelligence (AI), for True Happiness

Spirituality and Intuition: Key to Adapt the Era of AI

Spirituality and Intuition will be beneficial to adapt the era of highly developed S&T society. As Hawking warns, "most threats to humans come from science and technology."  Especially AI is a threat. For example, singularity. Singularity is the stage where humans can no longer control AI.

Then, how we can find out our meanings of existence? Perhaps, we must adapt it by our own characteristics that AI does not have. That is spirituality and intuition, a key to adapt the era of AI.

Therefore, I would like to purify my body and mind to improve my spirituality and intuition.

Direction we should Aiming for while Science and Technology Significantly Developed

Direction we should aiming for is to enhance humanity and spirituality so that we can control science and technology. In other words, human kind and various scientific and technological products such as AI must coexist harmoniously.

However, the direction humanity is heading now seems to be the opposite. What we really have to fear is the state of alienation to lose humanity.

Unfortunately, what is happening now is that AI that humanity makes, makes humanity inhuman.

Therefore, in the era of AI, we must value more humanity to enhance our spirituality and intuition.

Purification for Spirituality and Intuition

Spirituality and intuition are "original" characteristics of human beings.

Therefore, the real evolution of humanity is to awaken "awareness."

However, we have distorted our nature by self-interest.

In order to regain our Nature, purification in daily life is effective. Because the natural state is a natural rhythm rather than an extreme concentration, that is, a series of relaxing moments.

If your rhythm matches the natural rhythm, you will have a wonderful intuition at the right time.

Nature also leads us to individual happiness and harmony among the world. Therefore, I will try to find the nature in me.

Tips for Purification

Purification is directly connected to life and the way of life. The followings are tips for purification:

* Clean the living space(As living space reflects on the life of residents.)

* Live a regular life hopefully from sunrise to sunset

* Do not store unnecessary things.

* Digestive meal,  small meal

* Don't be too stingy.

* People who lack exercise should walk or climb stairs as often as possible.

* Prolong breathing as long as possible.

* Feel the subtle rhythm of nature.

* Watch the sunrise and sunset. (watch the candles on a day when there is little sunshine.)

* Have time to face yourself inside alone.

Tips for Getting Intuition More Smoothly

1. sitting in meditation

2. reducing things around you

3. being sensitive to spiritual things

1)Sitting in Meditation: Reflection to Get Rid of Thoughts

To sit in meditation will be useful.  For example one of the meditation styles is Zen. It had spread among samurai (warrior) people in the Kamakura period (1192-1333) in Japan.  Because intuition was important for samurai (warrior) people.  They had to survive for life and death.

Daisetsu Teitaro Suzuki (1870−1966)spreaded interest in both Zen to the West. The base of Zen practice is the posture of contemplation. There is not what's called God and doctrine or sacred book to worship.

It reminds you of a heart of salvation from the bondage of this world. Human being has in oneself with a heart as the natural state. You emptify yourself by facing yourself and by posture of contemplation. Then you can handle your own heart at will by realizing Zen.

2)Reducing Things around You

Reducing things around us is turning our attention to something invisible and important.

A lot of unnecessary clothes, documents, books, garbage, etc. deteriorate the living space.

It upsets the flow of consciousness and subconsciousness.

Simplicity is the best.

There are many ways to reduce things around you. For instance, there is a method like KonMari

A simple way to live without things is to keep your mind clear and relaxed.  It means living only among the ones you really like.  And the space around you is wonderfully refined.

Once the space is in place, you'll get great inspiration.

3) Being Sensitive to Spiritual Things

Being sensitive to spiritual things is beneficial such as followings:

Feel the invisible power of nature.
Listen to the voice of the wind.
Feel the sky as if it were a cloud.

Or chant Katakamuna mantra for releasing invisible bondage. Because vocalization and breathing are effective way to consciously control your feelings.
Eventually, anxiety and anger will be released.  And you will notice that the world is more lively and enjoyable. Furthermore, you will enjoy the exquisiteness of nature.

Inspiration occurs when you are completely relaxed. It is in a dimension that goes beyond the present frameworks. Inspiration comes from a higher dimension. Inspiration comes without any reason. Above all, this is the happiest moment.

Purification in Daily Life are Beneficial in the era of AI

In conclude, purification in daily life are beneficial for retention of high spirituality. In other words, a very natural life enhances our spirituality.

Don't lose humanity and harmonize with Nature.  The way to adapt the era of AI is secure your deeper insight and true happiness.

Origin of Japan, Direct Kinship with Gods, Living Things Outside the Universe, Continued since 660 B.C.

Japan has continued since 660 B.C.

Origin of Japan is full of mysteries.  Japan's starting point of years upon the accession of Emperor Jinmu to the throne. The name of Emperor Jinmu was Kamu Yamato Iware Biko. The first Emperor Jinmu (reign period: 660 B.C.- 582 B.C.) established Japan on February 11 (on January 1 to the old lunar calender), 660 B.C. according to Chronicles of Japan, Nihonshoki. Emperor Jinmu’s parents were gods according to Japanese mythology.

Photo: Detail of Emperor Jinmu - Stories from "Nihonki" (Chronicles of Japan), by Ginko Adachi. Woodblock print depicting legendary first emperor Jimmu, who saw a sacred bird flying away while he was in the expedition of the eastern section of Japan

Father of the First Emperor: God Named Ugaya Fukiaezu

Nihonshoki does not describe the parents of the first Emperor Jinmu. Emperor Jimmu's father is a god named Ugaya Fukiaezu. According to Hotsuma tsutae, he lived 800,000 years. Meanwhile, he lamented that the life expectancy of the common people was now 100, and that the number and frequency of meals for the common people had increased.

Photo: Ugaya Fukiaezu

Mother of the First Emperor: God Named Tamayori Hime

According to Hotsuma tsutae  Emperor Jimmu's mother is a god named Tamayori Hime.  Nihonshoki describes her as the sister of Ugaya Fukiaezu's mother. However, Hotsuma tsutae gives a different explanation. Tamayori Hime is a descendant of God who lived on Mount Hiei. Therefore, there were always five-colored clouds standing in the forest where she lived. After Ugaya Fukiaezu's ex-wife died, Ugaya Fukiaezu married her.

Origin of Japan, Living Things Outside the Universe?

There are legends of Tenson Korin.  It’s about the descent on the earth of the descendants of the Sun-Goddess, Amaterasu Omikami.  She is that it is said to have direct kinship with the Japanese royal family. In addition, parents of Amaterasu Omikami, Izanagi and Izanami, created the land. I am interested in telling Hotsuma tsutae that Amaterasu Omikami is a man, not a woman as opposed to Nihonshoki.  Hotsuma tsutae is older than Nihonshoki  but is not considered to be orthodox. From this, I wonder if the origin of Japan is living things outside the universe. Simirally, in Kyoto, Japan, there is Kurama-dera's deity from the Venus 6.5 million years ago

Origin of Japan is mystical. If the descendants of God descended to the earth and Japan was created, would the roots of the Japanese be extraterrestrial life? Unfortunately, there are various ancient history, and the contents often conflict with each other. I hope that I can know the past history intuitively.
